About Mati with me

Mati with me is a creative studio founded by mother and daughter who create handmade products with patience, care and love in two different countries. Our Jewelry collection if fully made in Athens, Greece with sustainable materials such as Jesmonite AC730 (from the UK) and natural gypsum, one of the most environmentally friendly binders made from calcium sulfate (CaSO4), sourced in Greece. Our biggest inspiration is the city of Athens; the timeless city of extremes where marble collides with concrete but still they fit together so closely. The city of vibrant energy and potency of the gods. Enjoying the sunsets over the brutalist architecture, monochrome scenery gets a touch of color but still retains the untamed beauty. The forms are geometrical, clear, architectural, and without decoration or distractions. Our products are created in slow fashion and in small batch, with the focus on sustainability. Our raw materials are sourced mainly from Greece and Europe, and we focus on working with small producers and distributors to support other small businesses. Read their story
