About Supported Soul

Hi! I’m Nicole. Supported Soul was created during my battle with postpartum depression after the birth of my two sons. Spending time on my mat helped me reconnect with my soul and I knew I wanted to share the transformational power of yoga with others. I believe movement is medicine and through sharing my passion for yoga I want to motivate people to take time to focus on their physical, mental, and spiritual health.
