The Spice.Shop is an Oregon benefits LLC supporting the triple bottom line of people and planet before profit, focused on decolonizing the spice trade through ethical standards. We are woman/minority/LGBTQ+ majority owned, bringing our customers culturally authentic blends with unique origin stories from around the world. Our ingredients are meticulously and ethically sourced, including unique partnerships with indigenous smallholder/co-op farmers to purchase single-origin spices and support on-site value-added activities such as sorting, grinding, and packaging to increase farmer revenue. We are environmentally conscious in our practices and packaging, including the first fully compostable shelf packaging in the spice industry.Read their story
