About Tonie Productions

This is a little hard for me to write, but here goes. I didn't know I had anxiety until the day I realized I had anxiety. I didn't know what it was, what it was "suppose" to feel like, how it consumed my thoughts and therefore my body. But when I understood what it was, it gave me a sense of control. And I realized that healthcare workers need mental health days too. What I hope for in making these products is for our community to realize that they are not alone and inspire them to have courage in facing their everyday. That they can choose to have a healthier mindset. And above all else, grow in their journey with kindness to others and to themselves. Well, thats my hope. Peace & Love, TRead their story
