Northern Country Girl Designs was born in 2014. For years, I thought that I was artistically challenged. My mother is an artist and I never thought that I had the skills. Until I took a quilting class with a friend, it was then I discovered that crafting could be fun and that I had some talent. Over the next couple of years, I began experimenting with different mediums. While I love quilting, I fell in love with the art of vinyl. While the possibilities are endless with both quilting and vinyls, I decided to focus my business on vinyl goods. In 2016, we were able to expand our offerings to include dishwasher safe mugs. Our dishwasher safe mugs are made through a process called sublimation. Sublimation is the process of taking a solid ink and heating the ink up to become a gas. The gas then applies to the surface of the mug while being pressed in our mug press. We are still offering our traditional vinyl mugs and wine glasses! Then in 2018, we expanded our offerings even more but introducing a laser machine and sand carver into our business. We now offer water bottles that are dishwasher safe by etching them with our laser machine. We offer a premium drink ware line will have you speechless. Read their story
