Our roasting operation in Ithaca, NY is one of the first to pioneer the direct trade, relationship coffee model, which earned us the prestigious Roaster of the Year Award in 2013, along with multiple Good Food Awards. In 2022, Gimme! employees purchased the business from its founder, cementing our history as one of the largest coffee cooperatives in the United States.
