About Maison Drans

Created in 1932 by a family of artisan pastry chefs, the Maison Drans biscuit factory is the oldest manufacturer of small shortbread in Sablé-sur-Sarthe. All our cookies are handmade in our workshop and prepared with 100% natural ingredients. PDO butter from the Charentes, Label Rouge de Loué outdoor eggs, Tradition flour from the center, sugar from the Hauts de France and a hint of salt. That's it! We make small Shortbread, Croq'Amours, Almond Tiles and Savory Crackers. We are members of the Culinary College of France as a Quality Artisan Producer.Read their story
