Founded in May 2020 by Beth and Maddie, who fled the bustle of New York City to their parent’s home in Bluffton, South Carolina at the height of the pandemic. Leaving behind their jobs and lives, the sisters wanted to continue to share their twisted humor with their friends that wasn’t a greeting card but was something edible that resulted in the birth of Eat Me Cookies. After gaining quick popularity through the cheeky messages piped on their cookies, the brand became a staple in the homes of many across the country. It was a gift that brought people together through laughter, recognition, jokes, and messages on oversized, delicious, all-natural cookies. More than a year and a half later, Eat Me Cookies has sent thousands of cookies to customers in all 50 states. The brand’s menu continues to evolve and is currently offering 12 staple flavors with gluten-free and vegan options. The world of Eat Me Cookies has expanded into smaller, 5-inch, cut-out cookies personalized to their customer's needs.
