Preserving the American Dream Backyard Brine was born in a small kitchen on Long Island with nothing more than a few jars, a garden full of cucumbers, and a love for honest food made by hand. What started as a weekend experiment turned into a full-time passion and a family-run business built on grit, gratitude, and the belief that good things take time. We craft small-batch pickles using all-natural ingredients and recipes passed down, reimagined, and perfected. Every jar is a nod to the days when people took pride in what they made, when neighbors shared what they grew and communities thrived on simple, good food. From our signature Dill Death Do Us Part Pickles and We Go Together Like Bread & Butter, we preserve more than just cucumbers, we preserve memories, traditions, and the spirit of the American maker.
