MĒNOS is the evolution and rebrand of my original company, MĀSK Skincare. After years of building MĀSK and formulating products rooted in holistic healing, I rebuilt the brand with a sharper focus: nervous-system–led skincare designed for modern, stress-reactive skin. I am half Norwegian and half Greek, and that dual heritage shapes the brand. From Norway, I carry a respect for purity and minimalism. From Greece, a tradition of botanical ritual and plant-based skin nourishment. MĒNOS (the Greek word for strength and life force) reflects that foundation. I brought that same philosophy into my apothecary, where I hand-craft every single product myself using USDA certified organic ingredients. No outsourcing. No shortcuts.
