It is in the heart of Languedoc. One of the most dynamic wine regions in France in recent times and for good reason, many young people are embarking on viticulture with passion and determination. Matthieu and his wife chose to set up their vineyard in the charming village of Castelnau d'Aude, nestled between the prestigious Minervois and Corbières appellations. Not originally from this region rich in historical and cultural heritage (Cathar castles, Canal du Midi), Matthieu decided to quit his job in IT in order to create his own company in October 2018. A multitude of administrative procedures followed: authorization to practice and uproot existing vines, choose the best grape varieties and vines to be grafted, decide on the appellation to use (Pays d'Oc IGP), start an organic exploitation until the plot preparation for the planting of new vines a short time ago..
