The company Les Chocolats de Balata was created in the heights of Fort de France next to the famous Balata garden in Martinique. Chocolatier Nicolas Bel spent 20 years exploring this Caribbean island to appreciate its products and its people. Today, he has managed to reinvent biscuits and chocolates using local products.
