Vivid Cottage works with a woman-owned flower farm, a mom-and-pop digital design firm, family-run print shops in CT, MA, and MD, and fabric printing in CA. Let me introduce myself: I'm Kerstin, the artist and founder of Vivid Cottage. My grandparents immigrated from Poland and were factory workers in Detroit. Supporting American workers is in my DNA. I served my country as a teacher for 34 years, and now focus on creating beautiful art and products to brighten people's lives. Your trust and loyalty is earned through our attention to quality in every step. Sustainability is a core value for us, and we are eliminating single-use plastics from our products and shipping. Vivid Cottage is run in a small cottage, built in 1949, in coastal Connecticut. We have solar panels, a plug-in hybrid car, and use electric tools for landscaping. We re-use materials, recycle, and compost. Our products are printed on FSC-certified paper and OEKO-TEX fabric, manufactured locally with low transportation impact.
