THAT'S HOW IT ALL STARTED Before his time as a “founder”, Lars traveled extensively internationally. What you get offered as “bread” in American or Asian hotels is not what we love as a typical German bread. As a long-time single, he often only found a slice of sausage in his fridge after a long day at work, but not the right fresh bread to go with it. THE IDEA “It must be possible to bake fresh bread in just a few minutes” — when you just want to eat one. Baking bread usually involves the steps of “preparing dough, kneading, resting, walking, baking” — and that usually takes 2-3 hours. THE INGREDIENTS AND THE PROCESS The targeted selection of oilseeds and wheat protein or corn starch optimally holds the dough together after evaporation. Contrary to some rumours, the effect of the microwave, which is completely harmless and not detrimental to the product, namely the evaporation of moisture, creates pores in the crumb and the bread structure thus becomes loose and remains juicy. THE RESULT The result is our minute bread! A vegan bread that is not only quick to prepare, but also optimally supplies our body with important nutrients, seeds, omega 3 and superfoods! In addition, all varieties are low in carbohydrates and rich in natural protein and fiber.
