About Downunder Magnesium

I’m Karen, the founder of Downunder Magnesium. I just want to quickly share my story! About 8yrs ago I was looking for more of an alternative approach to helping me break through my anxiety, fear, emotions and my general health and wellbeing. My symptoms included extreme pain and spasm in my neck and shoulders, ALL THE TIME, brain fog, horrible PMS, hormones going crazy, which led to anxiety, depression, and in some cases bed ridden cause my body would just lock up. Basically, I felt emotional all the time and this effected me as a mum, and as a person. I knew something had too change. So I went looking for other ways to find relief and feel normal again, and a friend of mine recommended a Kinesiologist to me. That’s when I found out about Magnesium. I was extremely deficient in it. And like most of us, I had no clue what Magnesium was all about. My kinesiologist recommended that I try transdermal Magnesium. I began researching and read about half the internet before I finally decided to try it. I truly felt like this was a gift from the universe and since then I have not stop using my transdermal Magnesium. After a few years down the track, I decided to make a life shift and share and source my own magnesium with everyone I know!
