Hello! Corey and Kari here. Livingwick originated as a hobby project for us. As newly weds, we wanted something constructive to invest our time in together. Our desire was to expand our communication, have a goal, and invoke creativity applied to something we both love. While burning candles one night, we started researching what actually went into them. Some of them gave us headaches, or didn't smell nice after very long. We decided we could make it better, cleaner, one that was everything we wanted. After several months of experimenting and rigorous testing, we finally landed on something we loved. We burned them in our home and friends started asking to buy them. The rest snowballed from there. We are a young company that has seen rapid growth from products we put our hearts into. Livingwick is a passion project intended to remind people of the light they carry. Our candles are a combination of natural soy wax and a blend of essential oils and IFRA certified carrier oils that are safety data tested. They are free of phthalates, lead, parabens, Prop 65 warnings, petroleum, are Leaping Bunny compliant and have a signature wooden wick that supports sustainable forestry. They do not only invoke a cleaner burn, they engage the sense of smell, sight, and sound. Our components are hand selected and smell ’til the very end. Our purpose is to share hope, peace, and light with every one we are privileged to be in contact with.
