Chef Pablo has always focused on finding the perfect balance of simple ingredients to create amazing flavor, and he spent years finding the ideal balance of heat and flavor. Pablo’s Fire is a unique lacto-fermented hot sauce that will add heat and flavor to any cuisine, no matter what it is. Our chef-created hot sauces are fermented in small batches using simple ingredients. Good heat with full flavor, they’re tangy, spicy, and just a little bit sweet. Our current lineup includes: Tierra del Fuego - A fiery red sauce with earthy undertones.
