That’s exactly why I created my GO TO line of spice blends and a best-selling cookbook: to bring bold, joyful flavor to the table—and a meaningful story to your store. Hey there! I’m Tricia—a cookbook author, spice blend creator, RV traveler, and someone who’s been known to burn a loaf or two in the name of self-taught culinary education. (Spoiler: things have come a long way since then—but more on that transformation in a minute.) For the past 9 years, my husband Marc and I have shared our adventures on Keep Your Daydream, a YouTube channel with over 2 million monthly viewers and 93 million total views. What began as a bold leap into RV life became a mission: to help others simplify, live intentionally, and find joy in the everyday. We’ve RVed across all 50 U.S. states, plus Canada, Mexico, and New Zealand (okay—Hawai’i was hotel style), and road-tripped through France and Italy. Along the way, food became our universal language. In Mexico, I fell in love with tortillas and salsa. In Italy, I rolled pasta by hand under a New York chef who moved for the love of tradition.
