About Monsieur Durand

Monsieur Durand is a French brand of leather goods and ready-to-wear for men and women. A deckchair canvas recovered from my grandmother's wardrobes, combined with an old belt: that's the idea for the first bag. The start of this collection began with the chance of an encounter in the streets of Marseille and it was the trigger: Monsieur Durand was born! A first line of leather goods (bag, banana and pouch) inspired by the sun, light and French know-how. The idea behind Monsieur Durand: to offer pieces in limited series made with exclusive raw materials or taken from French factory stock. The models are made in the South of France, in Marseille — the city where the brand was founded. Small series pieces; but not only, upcycling with second-hand belts used on each model allow us to create unique pieces that are therefore aimed at both men and women.
