Sills Milling Company is a small Appalachian style grist mill nestled in the hills of North Georgia. We use circa 1940’s milling equipment to create our signature flavor that stands out from the rest. Our products are grown, ground, and packaged on our farm so you know exactly where your food comes from. Our mission is to keep this dying tradition alive for future generations to enjoy the old ways of life. We are reviving a forgotten flavor that has been lost to time and convenience.
