Our Story Smitty’s Little Farm began with a simple belief: the best things are still made slowly, by hand, and with heart. What started as a small home-based endeavor - growing, crafting, blending, and experimenting with plants and natural ingredients—has grown into a family-run business rooted in curiosity, care, and a deep love for the land and our community. We believe in using what we can grow, what we can source locally when possible, and work with ingredients that are familiar, trustworthy, and time-honored. Over the years, our work naturally expanded from herbal blends and natural body care into a broader vision of supporting local makers and growers as well. That vision became the Delta Farmers Market & Bazaar - a welcoming place for cultivators, bakers, makers, and curators to gather, share their work, and connect with neighbors. Today, everything we create—whether it’s a small-batch salve, a botanical oil, or a community market day—is guided by the same philosophy: keep it simple, keep it honest, and make it with care. We’re proud to be rooted on Colorado’s Western Slope, where small-town spirit still matters, neighbors still look out for each other, and handmade still means something.
