Located north of Bourges, in the Centre Val de Loire since 2019, we have a few hundred hives that we transhum from April to September in the four corners of the department. After each honeydew, our honey is extracted at room temperature, it is unpasteurized and packaged by hand in our workshop before arriving on your table. Nothing more, nothing less. Passionate about bees, we practice reasoned beekeeping. Our motivation and our promise is to offer you traced products, from the hive to the plate. Since October 2020, we have been offering spreads and granola (crispy muesli). These treats are made by us with honeys from our hives and ingredients selected directly from farmers in the Centre Val de Loire.
