A return to the origins with a 100% organic olive oil of the highest category with a production limited to 1,500 bottles produced in Extremadura. It is on the family farm located in Extremadura, in the Cáceres region next to the Tagus River, where we grow centuries-old olive trees. The olives still very green are carefully selected and then picked by hand before being pressed less than 6 hours after harvest. This pure “extra fresh” fruit juice reveals an intense aroma of green apple and grass clippings on the nose. From a very early harvest, it took 8 kilos of olives picked in green to make one liter of this fresh and fiery oil, subtly velvety in the mouth. La Olivalea was born out of the need to return to our origins, to our roots, to recover quality organic products, to recover our traditions, to revalue what is really worthwhile. We have become accustomed to living quickly, at a frantic pace of work in which we barely have time for ourselves. We want you to stop, enjoy and transport yourself to the Extremadura pasture with our olive oil. Our main commitment is to obtain a product of the highest quality, always respecting what the earth offers us. That is why for every bottle sold we commit to planting an olive tree, and we continue to think about future generations. Read their story
