About Zimms Organics

Zimms Organics was born out of necessity when founder David Zimmerman nearly died from internal bleeding due to Crohn’s disease. He was told that he would be on medication for the rest of his life, but that wasn't in his plan. While working a high-stress consulting job at BCG, he also had the full time job trying to heal himself naturally. After consuming large amounts of high polyphenol organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) for a month, his inflammatory markers dropped, inspiring him to launch Zimms Organics. After tasting dozens of EVOO from across the country, David found two spectacular organic family farms that work hard to create the best nutrient-dense EVOO possible. After meeting and shaking the hands of both families, Zimms Organics was born. With 70% of store-bought olive oil being fake or adulterated, Zimms Organics prioritizes transparency, sustainability, and health. 90% of our supply chain is U.S.-based, ensuring sustainable sourcing. We offer three EVOO varietals:
