These are the words of a famous Scottish Entertainer and whisky fan and of course there are no rules. But many experts say the best way to appreciate a whisky is to add a dash or a few drops of water, ideally from the same source as the whisky. These words of wisdom and my experience of working for some highly respected Scottish Whisky distilleries including Glemmroangie, Ardbeg, Dalmore and Isle of Jura inspired me to create Uisge Source.......spring waters bottled especiailly for adding to whisky.
