The Baker Over Yonder started with a life long passion for baking and the sudden need for a gluten free vegan cookie. We have since elevated the standard for gluten free plant based baked goods by changing the approach to gluten free plant based baking. Gone are the days of having a bakery to accommodate one's needs only to deliver subpar gluten free plant based goods. Each ingredient used is carefully selected and combined to ensure the perfect outcome of each product. We do not add preservatives or additives to our products. Our products are so good that it has even changed many omnivore's perception of gluten free plant-based foods. Years of dedication and attention to detail for crafting each individual product to remove all major allergens, all while resulting in an exceptional product, is the work of the owner, Sara Monte.
