About Ervas da Zoé

Love for Nature, Joy, Friendship and Resilience are our secret. Ervas da Zoé is a family project, Portuguese and independent, founded by Maria do Rosário Martins and Henrique Manso in 2007. It was born from his love for the rural world, especially the Beira Interior region, and from the fascination with aromatic plants, from all the traditional wisdom about their knowledge and use. This is how we traced the guidelines of the project: maintaining customs, wisdom, traditions but also giving space to creativity and innovation. Aromatic, medicinal and condimentary herbs are an extraordinary gift of Nature. They are the central axis of production, certified in biological mode, which in its broader concept, includes ecological concerns, respect for nature, territory and its people seeking balance and harmony in the relationship with Mother Earth.
