About Bolder Beans

Bolder Beans is a family-owned company from Westminster, Colorado that produces spicy, pickled green beans and other pickled vegetables. These pickled green beans have big, bold flavors with just the right amount of heat and an incredible crunch! The first Bolder Bean was created in 2005 by Rogue Edwards as a holiday gift for friends and family. After many years of pleading from friends to make these available for everybody year round, we finally filed all of our fancy FDA paperwork and started the Bolder Beans business. Although we initially thought of Bolder Beans® as cocktail garnishes, most customers today simply eat them straight out of the jar. It’s a healthy snack: no added sugar, no fat, and less than 100 calories per jar. Plus, they are perfect chopped up in a salad, served as an easy appetizer, and ideal in a Bloody Mary. After many years of suggesting that Bolder Beans should be added to a Bloody Mary, we created Mary’s Mornin’ FiXXer as the perfect Bloody Mary mix. This spicy mix will wake up any Bloody Mary fan with its bold flavors and fresh ingredients. No need to doctor it up with additional spices.
