About Chaparral Gardens

Chaparral Gardens is a small organic farm producing California Balsamics and fruit vinegar's with the herbs, fruits and vegetables we grow. We started off as small growers selling at the local farmers markets and came across a recipe for producing vinegar's. We gave them out as gifts to family and love was the descriptor that kept coming back. So here we are 15 years later producing and growing specifically for our 14 different flavors and grateful to be a small hands on producer.
