About Show-Me Bar-B-Q Sauce

Made the same way since the first day, Show-Me® Bar-B-Q Sauce is a simple delicacy. The savory creation started in a small 1960’s Missouri kitchen, made and created by retired Veteran, Dr. Harry Berrier and his wife Lina. Berrier tested variations until he discovered the perfect recipe for a sauce that was enjoyed by friends and family alike. Due to its growing popularity and high demand among loved ones, Harry and his wife were persuaded to sell their product for consumer purchase, and thus Show-Me® Bar-B-Q Sauce was born in 1975. With no marketing, the product sold on its own merit. By the time Harry passed away in 2013, his sauce had been sent to customers in 50 states and 11 countries. Before Lina's passing in 2016, she left the beloved barbecue sauce in the care of close family friends. Their tradition lives on with every bottle. Read their story
