About Summit & Terrace Artisanal Fragrance

Female founded and operated by two sisters. In 2017, after our family dog passed of lung cancer, our mom had a moment of "what if the candles we burned all these years formed the cancer?". While we don't truly know why or how our beloved Murphy got lung cancer, the idea struck a chord. Were the candles we were burning clean? non-toxic? We started hand pouring candles in our small studio apartment kitchen in Seattle, WA trying to find safe ingredients for our homes. For nearly 2 years - we tested different waxes, oils and wicks until we finally launched in 2019 with our Marketplace line. In 2022, we introduced our fine fragrance line - The Muse Collection. All of our candles are made with proprietary coconut soy wax blends, infused with phthalate & paraben free oils and are topped with either an FSC certified wooden wick or a zinc/lead free cotton wick.Read their story
