About Fi Mehra Designs

I have been obsessed with everything jewellery ever since I took my first evening class at the age of 16, I love designing, making and wearing it. When it came to choosing my hallmark, it was easy, before I got married my initials were F.A.B, and so my hallmark is literally FAB! Other than say I’m front of my workbench, my most happy place is buying gemstones. The more unusual the better, and I design a lot of my pendants and rings around the stones. My work is also inspired by the various landscapes and coastlines from the many places that I have called home, from Yorkshire to France, Wiltshire to Sussex. I am now settled in East Sussex with my family. My daughter is the one behind anything tech/photography and the dreaded paperwork, my eldest granddaughter is one of the best cleaners around (if her social calendar allows her to spare me an hour or two!) and my youngest granddaughter is an excellent labeller, Brad sorter and Pearl stringer! I absolutely love what I do and it gives me great pleasure knowing that others enjoying my work as much as I enjoy making it.Read their story
