About Karü Chocolates

At Karü Chocolates we believe that good chocolate begins with good cacao. That is why we work directly with cacao farming families from Tumaco, Sierra Nevada and Córdoba, regions that carry Colombia’s richness in every bean. Each origin has its own story: Tumaco on the Pacific coast, known for powerful cacao with notes of fruit and wood; Sierra Nevada, where indigenous communities cultivate cacao in sacred lands; and Córdoba, where fertile soils give life to smooth and balanced flavors. All of our chocolate is crafted in Colombia, in a small workshop run almost entirely by women. Every bar is carefully made in small batches, keeping alive the tradition of bean-to-bar chocolate while giving value to the people who make it possible. Our mission is simple: to highlight the best cacao from our country, transform it with respect, and share it with the world.
