About Fusion Epicure

Fusion Gourmet Foods was born out of the desire to promote healthy eating. We developed an interest in the sesame seed when we noticed that all of the available sesame products on the market were filled with high fructose corn syrup, masking the nutritional benefits and delicate flavor of the seed. As a specialty food manufacturer, we set out to create a delicious and healthy snack that would capture the full flavor of the sesame seed while preserving it's nutritional value. Read their story
