About Art By Kay Rae

Since I was a child, art was my escape from the troubles around me. As an adult, art continues to be my creative outlet. Since 2019, I've been regularly creating and sharing my art with the world. My hope is that my art helps make the world a better place, even if it's just for a moment. I want my art to be a reprieve from the struggles of daily life for my viewers. When I create, I like to paint what makes me smile; oftentimes, that's through showcasing the silliness of my subjects. Whether it's a fat cat, a silly goose, or something entirely different, I love finishing a piece and smiling as I admire it.
