About Curious Cotton

Currently, living disconnected from the present moment is something constant in an accelerated and increasingly stress-generating routine. As a result, we forget to take care of ourselves. It was to respond to this problem that the couple Vanessa (Social Worker) and Mário (Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness Instructor) decided to found Curious Cotton. To remind people of the need to pause and take care of them, they developed the idea of wearing this self-care. It's not just clothes, it has an intention with it. With a commitment to promote and educate for balance and mental health, Curious Cotton is not just a brand, it is an invitation to a way of being and living. When exploring our products, each piece brings an invitation or exercise to slow down, embrace the present and embark on a journey of self-care. How do we do that? Each piece of clothing brings a question, invitation or exercise that aims to promote the practice of self-care and full attention to the present moment. On the left sleeve of our garments is a button with NFC chip. When you bring your mobile closer to the button you have access to a page with exercises for stress reduction, emotional self-regulation, relaxation and meditation practices (audios) adapted to the daily routine and sleep.
