Ol' Dirty Sheets' is a small batch, handcrafted hot sauce company out of Wooster, Ohio. Jamie and Joshua Sheets are dedicated to making every meal taste a little bit better. They love to cook and have raised their two daughters to know their way around the kitchen as well. In fact, Jamie and Josh first met while working together as chefs. Fast forward to now, they are still creating in the kitchen and making the world a little bit hotter, one meal at a time. Josh is the creative force behind the recipes, he focuses on layering ideas to create a balance that pairs flavor and spice with your home cooked meal. Fun fact: Josh has spent many years in culinary arts and has seen quite a few kitchens, met a lot of characters and shared plenty of laughs. The nickname Ol' Dirty started to form and it just stuck. Add that to his last name and there you go... Ol' Dirty Sheets' ! No actual dirty sheets were harmed in the process nor used in our sauces.
