The value we give to an object can contribute to bringing meaning to everyday trivial gestures. It is this credo and a terrible addiction to taste, that led me to work mainly on pieces dedicated to the arts of the table, to seek to magnify these little ritual moments of our daily lives. I am convinced that the value given to the object can contribute to bringing meaning to everyday gestures and to nourish self-respect, conditions necessary to get out of the disposable, the lowest cost at all costs and planned obsolescence. These consumption patterns - in addition to their environmental and human costs - contribute to devaluing the respect and attention we pay to these moments. Thus the function of the object, the economic and social impact of its mode of production, as well as the modernity of its aesthetics are at the heart of our creative process in the workshop. Today we take up every day this challenge of the industrial air that is keeping afloat a small-scale production of objects designed AND created by hand in France, in a work approach that respects the environment and the humans who create them. We either work on bespoke pieces for passionate chefs in order to create dishes in their image or to produce our own lines in which each collection is the transcription of a moment of life. A sensation. A moment to share.
