About Stiles Honey

Our founder, Grant Stiles, grew up captivated by his father’s beekeeping hobby. This fascination grew to the founding Stiles Apiaries which manages over 4,000 honeybee colonies annually and producing over 1 million pounds of honey annually, making Stiles Honey one of the largest producers of local honey in the New Jersey and New York counties. Stiles Honey has expanded their services to co-packing specialty and infused honey. Launched in 2023 Ol' Stiles Blazin honey and Honey Rubs are a new kitchen staple. These honey based products were designed to have a versatile use in the kitchen, as a marinade, ingredient or glaze.
