About Crafty Chica®

My name is Kathy Cano-Murillo and I started my CraftyChica® brand in 2001. I'm a hyper-creative maker, artist, storyteller, author, and artist. In addition to sharing Mexi-themed craft tutorials on my web site, I also make and design products to sell. Fabric, greeting cards, journals, planners, scrapbook paper, craft supplies, and more. My design work has been sold in Michaels stores, Bloomingdale's By Mail, Barnes & Noble, and others. The items I've curated for my Faire customers is designed, made, and produced in my hometown of Phoenix, AZ. Everything I create has a story and happy vibe attached. I'm Mexican-American, so you will often see my culture represented in my work.
