Habit Nest was born when three friends came together to create journals that help folks establish incredible habits, effectively serving as a pocket habit coach. We are a small team that has struggled in our own lives with mental and physical health issues as well as trying to establish a better way of living and our passion is helping others to find a way to do more than just survive. Everything we create comes with a mix of bite-sized information, strategy, and accountability. We take this a step further by diving into published scientific studies, the opinions of subject-matter experts, and the feedback we get from customers to further enhance all the products we create.
