Kitsby is a baking kit company, with an Asian-inspired dessert bar in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Our kits and mixes are sold on our website, where we have a selection of original recipes for desserts that are more adventurous than your typical brownie or chocolate chip cookie. With us, you can make cookies and cream puffs, matcha brownies, maple bacon pecan praline cookies, and more! We’ll ship your box, complete with step-by-step instructions and pre-portioned, hand-packed ingredients, right to your door. We hope that by making kitchen time easy and fun again, we can share the happiness that happens when baking, whether solo or with loved ones, and sharing food together. Our dessert bar is where we take our passion for creative desserts to the next level. A big part of our company’s story is about experimenting with the flavors we grew up enjoying and those we fell in love with as adults.
