As a mother of two, my journey into motherhood, while filled with immense love, also brought unexpected struggles. The reality of nursing 5-7 times a day, around the clock, meant my wardrobe consisted mainly of ill-fitting tracksuits and oversized clothes. The turning point came with a gifted nursing dress from India. While not my style, its functionality was a revelation. It featured convenient zips for easy feeding—a spacious pocket large enough for my S24, and waist ties that helped me feel like myself again as my pre-pregnancy shape gradually returned. This dress was a game-changer. It allowed me to step out, to be present in photos, and to feel a sense of recovery and connection. The realisation: if this dress could provide such comfort and confidence, there was a profound need for more like it – but in styles that mothers truly loved. That's why I created Maternity & Nursing Wear. My brand is born from the very struggles I faced, designed to empower new mothers.
