On our farm we grow and produce cold pressed sunflower oil and mill a high protein sunflower flour from the biproduct of the oil. Our Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil was a 2021 Finalist in The Good Food Awards. Sunflower oil is healthy to eat as well as good to use on your skin. It is high in monounsaturated fats, omega 9 and Vitamin E. The flour has a 32% protein content and is certified Gluten-Free. Can be used in gluten free baking as well as a flavoring agent. Our sunflower oil product line includes bottles and gallons of oil, Truffle Sunflower Oil and skincare products. The sunflower flour is sold in different sizes and is also used in our 5 different varieties of gluten-free baking mixes.Read their story
