About Wineland Dressings

Peter Young created Wineland Dressings while he was Head Chef at a Winery Restaurant in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Peter had made a couple of vinaigrettes, Roast Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette and Raspberry & Black Pepper Vinaigrette as house dressings for the salads on the menu. Customers began asking if they could purchase the dressings to take home. Being at a winery he had access to bottles and a retail outlet in the wine shop. Sales took off and other wineries and shops also asked to sell the dressings. That was 20 years ago and now Wineland Dressings has a range of 6 unique hand crafted vinaigrettes. They are produced in small batches using the finest and freshest of ingredients locally sourced where possible. Read their story
