Heritage Roasting Company established in 2013 by Stuart and Sara Sutherland is located in the heart of Shasta Lake, California. The dream to champion community around a top quality cup of coffee began when Stuart designed and built a coffee roaster and ran a coffee business out of their garage. The Sutherlands dreamed of having a coffeehouse to serve as a hub for community development. After training at Portland’s American Coffee and Barista School Heritage Roasting Company was born. Today, Heritage Roasting Company is a quality name that is known throughout California and many parts of the US. With a consistent drive to provide quality coffee, HRC supplies wholesale beans to grocery, adventure hubs, non-profits, and specialty coffee shops including their own brick and mortar, Heritage Coffeehouse.
