About Oilivis

Oilivis, the Gargano olive tree is a young company with solid roots in the past and an eye to the future. It was founded by Antonio Mitrione with the aim of making Puglia a new idea of taste with tradition and authenticity. Oilivis deals with the production, processing and marketing of olive oil, natural olives and premium olive pates. our olives are naturally fermented without the addition of acidifiers, colorants and preservatives. Our company makes a manual selection (as usual) and pasteurizes at low temperatures, without compromising the organoleptic characteristics of the product. We are the only company in Italy that processes “Dry Salt” olives without the use of ovens, but only using salt. Our olive pates have a very short list of ingredients: first-rate olive oil and natural olives. The line of evo-based condiments is made with Gargano lemons grown by us and inserted directly in the family mill in order to have a highly differentiating product both in terms of taste and process. Our oils have been positively evaluated by the prestigious Slow Food guide, our olives have been awarded by Ercole Olivario among the best natural olives in Italy and Antonio was awarded as the best young entrepreneur in the olive category.
