About Nathalie kealy

Nathalie Kealy is an mental health professionals, compassion coach and artist based in Hampshire. Her books and art reflect her experience and passion for supporting positive mental wellbeing, through nature and creativity, as well as an expression of her own emotional experiences. She discovered painting through motherhood, first picking up a brush alongside her daughter and finding joy in its therapeutic impact. This experience inspired her to explore the practice further, taking evening art classes and experimenting with different mediums. Over time, Nathalie developed a signature style defined by bold flashes of colour, subtle blending, and the free movement of paint, creating dreamlike, emotive qualities that invite viewers into her world. Nathalie's art reflects her passion for capturing the essence of how our environment makes us feel. Having trained as a mental health nurse and spending the majority of her adult life working in the NHS and facilitating mental wellbeing retreats, Nathalie has always had a passion for connecting with feelings, the mind and finding ways to bring connection and calm into life. This is viewed both through her paintings and the support she provides through her books.
