Over the 40 years living in the Canary Islands, her mother-in-law has perfected authentic Spanish recipes which are being passed down through generations. The Red Drizzler was the family’s pantry staple, to be tossed, dipped, or mixed to spice up any occasion. Cooking with the sauce always meant making extra that was eagerly taken home by friends. Today Simran wants to share this love of spice, bringing the warmth and flavor of her family’s home into yours. And since nothing brings people together like a home-cooked meal, her Mother Mix is a mouth-watering sofrito, or Spanish cooking base that allows even the busiest of families to put a delicious meal on the table in minutes. Nourishing, hearty, with clean ingredients, just as mothers like it.
