Ngang takes pride in continuing her family’s tradition of creating delicious, handmade blends, knowing firsthand the health benefits of natural tea remedies. “Growing up, I had a lot of issues with digestion, headaches, and low energy, and I didn’t want to take conventional medicine,” Ngang said. The aromatic brews that her grandmother would whip up were immediately effective in treating her problems and, as Ngang soon realized, a tasty reflection of her proud Cameroonian heritage. Inspired by her childhood experiences, Ngang set out to find a way to introduce her traditional organic teas to modern audiences. A formative trip to Vietnam led to the discovery of Asian green tea blends – and the idea for Bon et Bio Tea was born. “Bon et Bio Tea draws inspiration from my African roots and infuses it with a contemporary Asian twist,” says Ngang.
